Our retreat center is nestled amongst the treetops, amid the beautiful surroundings of Lovina, North Bali.
At Santhika, we provide an array of wellness retreat program options, offered on a free flowing basis; which means you can join most of our programs any day, any time of year.
Nutritional meals are provided, spa treatments are available upon request and there is flexibility for shorter or longer stays in island comfort with picturesque, elevated, and scenic views.

Practicing kriyas and meditations is a challenging experience. It is always your choice, how deeply you delve in.
During the practice, you may experience resistance and tension, but passing through it will bring you to an inner world where you will meet with your soul, find answers to your questions, and discover your original personality. You will start feeling how your energy is moving, and you will understand that you are more than just a physical body.

Hatha Yoga
Many popular modern yoga styles came from classic Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga means balance between Sun (Ha) and Moon (Tha) energies. It has the power to transform you into a more balanced and strengthened being.
In the classes, we incorporate different styles, such as classic Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Gentle flow yoga, and Yin Yoga to focus on particular requests of participants.
Hatha yoga is an ideal starting place for people who are new to yoga. One of the more challenging aspects of a yoga practice is combining movements with breathing control, or pranayama. Both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga work to increase flexibility and strength, improve breathing and quiet the mind. Hatha yoga purifies the body in preparation for meditation. Vinyasa yoga is a fast-paced series of postures or asanas that focuses on the flow between movements, rather than individual poses.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

Breathing techniques, colors imagination technique, chanting of different sounds and bija mantras - which one will become your favorite meditation?
We also offer a deep meditation journey through a technique of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing, that helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
